Tell Us About a Concern

Mature tree beside a single-story home with a clear driveway

Last updated: October 2026

Dreamlocked Tree Service aims for fair and honest dealings with every homeowner who makes contact. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page describes the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can tell us about:

  • Your experience contacting Dreamlocked Tree Service, including by phone
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider you reached through our service

Problems With a Provider's Service

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a concern about tree work at your property, it usually makes sense to speak with the provider first and keep written records.

Please also share the concern with us. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may lead to a provider's removal. However, Dreamlocked Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@dreamlocked.property. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which listed number or form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

An email acknowledgment will usually follow within a few business days. We will examine the circumstances, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Look

If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may offer help with concerns involving licensed contractors.

Where to Write
